The purpose is the property is not occupied and not usually alarmed hence the reason for a weekly inspection. We will check to see if there is any external damage, graffiti etc and that it is secure. We check internally to make sure there are no leaks, floods, insect infestations, literally anything. We will pick up all post delivered and leave it on a table or it will be cluttered at the door and trampled on. We can take gas, electric, and water meter readings and send them to the client. We’ll take all necessary photos as evidence.
